Scott Patrick Semrau, Criminal Defense Attorney
Mr. Semrau presently is President of the Cobb Bar Association Criminal Law Section. He is the immediate past Vice President for the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College. He received his law degree cum laude from Tulane Law School and his undergraduate degree cum laude from Georgia State University.
Scott Patrick Semrau is a published author and speaker on the topics of criminal defense, probation revocation, child molestation defense, legal research, law practice management, and criminal evidentiary foundations. He was born in Detroit, Michigan and lives in Cobb County with his wife and three children. He is an Officer of the Cobb County Bar Association and a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Semrau is admitted to practice law in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Keith Lewis, Traffic Ticket Defense Attorney
Mr. Lewis handles a variety of felony, misdemeanor, and traffic cases for the firm. Mr. Lewis has also worked on numerous issues on appeal in both State and Federal Court. Mr. Lewis earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Georgia State University and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University.
Prior to joining the Semrau Law Firm, Mr. Lewis gained experience in both private law firms and government legal departments, including the Office of the Public Defender for the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida where he earned his law school's Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award.
